This beautiful rug is decorated in the map of the community from the Winnie the Pooh books. Not the Disney version; the original books by A.A. Milne and illustrated by Ernest H. Shepard. It's extremely soft underfoot, and has a good gripping surface on the back, to hold onto hard floors without need of a rug pad.It's a great rug, but honestly I would probably not have bothered writing a review if the seller hadn't gone so far above and beyond expectations in their service that I felt I had to share my gratitude with other potential buyers.For a long time, I believed that the rug had not arrived -- I was expecting something tall and rolled up, the way rugs usually are, and no such thing appeared. I complained to the seller, who diligently worked with the delivery company to try and find out what had happened. The delivery company insisted it had been delivered, and I insisted we had never received it. After a week or so of effort, the seller granted me a full refund.A week after that, I was opening clothing packages that I hadn't gotten around to... and found the rug. It was wrapped up small, in a package that I was absolutely certain came from a clothing company that I frequented, and so I hadn't gotten around to opening it until today. But there it was, it had been here all along after all.When I contacted the seller to explain and apologize, I asked if there was any way to return the refund which I had received, and which I now knew that I had never been owed. The seller immediately dismissed the idea, saying simply, "It was an honest mistake. Have a wonderful holiday season."Their true kindness in the face of my error led me to write this review. If you buy a rug from this company, you won't be sorry! But if anything happens and you need to deal with the seller directly, you will never find one better. That seemed to me to be worth a review.
