I bought two of these to hang from the rafters of our car port and down over the rear of our vehicles, so snow didn't accumulate on our vehicles. After a snow storm, we shake them off and the cars are clean and snow-free. So far, they have worked great. They are pliable in freezing temperatures and can be easily rolled up and secured when its bitter cold outside. When it rains and water gets on them and later freezes, the ice falls off and doesn't adhere to the plastic or cause damage. The most important feature is that they are extremely pliable, even in freezing temperatures and they show no signs of wear or tearing. So I'm favorably impressed.Heavy duty tarp, but as with most tarps only the 4 corners have reinforced grommets. It would be nice if they reinforced the middle grommets too. One grommet tore out after only 24 hours of use, with light to moderate winds of about 15 knots. Especially at the steep price ($74 for 12x14') I hoped it would hold up a bit better. As others noted, you can't see through this tarp, though it does let light through. It would be more accurate to call it opaque rather than clear. It's definitely not clear if I can't see something 10 ft on the other side of it.I is nice that it lets the sun through. I covered my chicken coop almost down to the ground to keep them warm and dry for the winter. I like it but think it is over-priced, maybe about 50 dollars worth.Nice thick tarp - I’m using it for the run on my chicken coop but it is not fully clear - more opaque then anything but still let’s light in which is what I wanted. Nice quality!Great quality but was 7 inches shorter than what was ordered. Luckily it fit my need but I’d be concerned for future orders that need to be exact. We live in a wind funnel of sorts. It's very challenging to keep our covers on in 50 mph winds. After several attempts to cover our green house with traditional greenhouse plastic I bought this out of desperation. It lasted the season, no holes, our plants thrived, I will never go back. 5/5This is the third one of theses tarps I've purchased, and it will be the last. Every one of them failed. Either ripped at the seam in the middle, ripped in random places, or at the grommets while we were pulling over with ropes. All the little plastic squares falling out from in between the mesh. So much for holding up! And all of this in less than a year from the time of purchase. I am so disappointed and disgusted at the amount of money I've spent on these useless tarps!
